Software Freedom Kosova 2012 Conference is the fourth annual conference on free and open source software and related developments in knowledge, culture and mapping held in Pristina, Kosovo. It is the largest conference of its kind in the region. The conference is being organised by Free/Libre Open Source Software Kosova (FLOSSK), Kosovo Association of Information and Communication Technology, Ipko Foundation and Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Prishtina.

On November 12th for the third time, the traditional, one of the largest conferences in the region "Software Freedom Kosova 2011" successfuly ended. As each time with a big number of participants with over 300 people, this conference was one of the most successful held till now, a full intensive day full with topics that touched the world of Free Software from local and regional speakers with experience in this area.

Organized by FLOSS Kosovo and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer (FIEK) of the University of Pristina.

Free Software in Balkans 2010

On September 11-12 2010, FLOSS Albania and the University of Vlora, organized the first Conference for Software Freedom in the Balkans, South Albania. FreeSB 2010 (Free Software in Balkans) was the first conference of its kind for Free and Open Source Software in the Balkans.
